It was school holidays, and I had my two children with me, and off to see the surgeon we went. He was really nice and straight forward. Told me everything that he would do, showed me the band, and talked about the risks involved as well. All was good. I was a little scard, but also keen to get this show on the road.
I then spoke to the receptionist, and they booked me in for the 25th November!
My surgery was actually brought 3 weeks sooner, so was moved to the 6th Nov.
